Florida Trip Information - The itinerary was sent home with band members the
week of Feb 13. If you did not see it, PLEASE CLICK HERE or see the link in the
above section. There are several pages and several important dates to remember -
so please read thoroughly! Please note, there is information in there regarding final
payments for members and followers. If you have questions, please contact Dana
Speigle. Also, your account balance was also sent home with your child in early
February. If you did not receive it, please email Mr. Padget.
Trip payments -- February Trip payment is due Monday, February 6.
As a reminder, if you are making your payments by RevTrak, you must notify Mr. Padget when those payments are made. He
is not able to see who makes payments through RevTrak. If you have not already done so, he asks that you send him an
email with all the information for all the RevTrak payments you have made. Please include the date and amount of each
payment for each person and email it to dpadget@bssd.net.
Important information needed for the travel agency - We need to let the travel agent know how many extra tickets are
needed for the Cirque du Soleil Show, Friday night of the Disney trip. This is for anyone who will be traveling on their own,
separate from the band, and want to attend the show. The cost for the Cirque show will be around $120 per ticket. (If you
are a "follower" or a "band member" and are making trip payments, this is already covered in your cost.) If you can let me
know the number of tickets you want to order as soon as possible, I'll compile a list and turn that in to Mrs. Goff. We will let
you know the exact amount due and when payment is due as soon as we hear back from the travel agent.

Performing Arts Center. All travelers need to be in attendance. Please contact your
