Making Payments
All student band fees are handled on CutTime. Upon registering your student for band, you will be sent a link to create a CutTime account. If you have registered your student in band and you have not received a link to create an account, please click HERE.
Payments can be made online through your CutTime account, or as a check made out to BSSHS Bands. Please note that there will be an additional credit card fee for payments made online, so we recommend sending a check with your student.

Financial Assistance
We never want finances to be the reason a student is unable to participate in marching band. We ask that all families do their very best to pay the band fees each year, but understand that some may not be able to make the entire payment. If this is the case, please reach out to Zachary Johnson and we would be happy to disuss ways we can support your student. Extra funding for assistance is limited, and it is not our policy to cover any student’s total band fees so we are able to assist more familes.
We also provide students with many opportunities to fundraise for their band fees. Please consider participating in one of our several annual fundraisers to cover a portion of your band fees. Check out our Fundraising page for more information on available opportunities.
Please Note: There is no financial assistance available for the London trip.

The 2025 Competitive Marching Band Fee is $875 for wind and brass players and $925 for percussionists.

Drop Dates:
The following amounts of band fees will be NON-REFUNDABLE if a student drops after the listed dates:
Drop by May 1: All Fees Returned
Drop by June 1: $300 non-refundable
Drop by July 1: $500 non-refundable
Drop by August 1: $700 non-refundable
Drop by August 19: $875 non-refundable

Non-competitive students have a $50 Band Fee, due May 23, 2025.

The total cost of the upcoming trip to London for the 2026 New Years Parade is $4750 per traveler. The date to add travelers to the London trip roster has passed.

Possible additional charges:
For extra travelers joining the band who do not want to be assigned a roommate for a double room, you have the option to pay for a single room for an additional $840.
All airfare for our group travel will be economy seating. If you choose to upgrade your airfare, you will be moved to our “Land Only” group, and you will be responsible for booking your own flights, as well as travel to and from the airport to our accomodation. This total fee is $3,300.
