Pre-Trip Checklist

All travelers must fill out this information survey by midnight on August 25. If we do not have this information on file, we cannot add you to our flight roster. This is a hard deadline.
You must have your passport to fill out this form.

If you have yet to fill out the survey, you should have received communication from Mrs. Walling. If you are waiting on the arrival of a passport, once it is received you must fill out the survey and contact Mrs. Walling to communicate that you have completed the survey.

If you are an adult traveling with our group and you are not rooming with a family member or you have not paid for a single room, you will be paired with a roommate from our travel group. If you have spoken with another BSSHS parent/traveler and are interested in rooming together, please indicate that by including the other adult’s name on your form. If you would like us to pair you up with someone, we are happy to do so for you. This is due by September 1.

Possible additional charges:
For extra travelers joining the band who do not want to be assigned a roommate for a double room, you have the option to pay for a single room for an additional $840.
All airfare for our group travel will be economy seating. If you choose to upgrade your airfare, you will be moved to our “Land Only” group, and you will be responsible for booking your own flights, as well as travel to and from the airport to our accomodation. This total fee is $3,300.

All travelers have a shirt included in their trip fee. This shirt must be worn as we travel together through the airport. Please use this link to fill out the form. Must be complete by November 16.
COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
We will be using the Band App for all announcements and official communication while in London. Please join the group for the ensemble you and your student are associated with. If your student is associated with multiple ensembles, (for example: student is in choir AND guard) join both groups.

STUDENT CHECK OUT- DIGITAL WHITE CARD
There are a handful of evenings on our itinerary with free time before/after dinner. If families would like to check out their student for a family dinner or excursion, they must fill out the “Digital White Card”. You MUST also get approval from your chaperone before departing. Approval is subject to chaperone discretion. FAMILIES CAN ONLY CHECK OUT THEIR OWN CHILDREN.
